Barbell:
RX 16-54
Female: 65, 75, 85 lb
Male: 95, 115, 135 lb

RX 55+
Female: 55, 65, 75 lb
Male: 75, 95, 115 lb

** Only 1 barbell allowed. Athletes must change their own weights. Collars must be placed outside of the weights. Time does not stop at any time during this workout.
