As is our custom, we will be doing Memorial Day MURPH this Monday, May 25th at 10:00 am. Please sign up under Class Schedule on our website www.crossfitmultiply.com.
This year is a bit different in that we are somewhat limited in our spacing of the WOD because of COVID-19 restrictions. Another factor, we have not been able to do our normal MURPH preparation and many are just getting back into CrossFit condition. With this in mind, we are encouraging most to do Murph this year as a partner WOD. The volume of pull-ups and pushups alone can be rhabdo inducing! Of course we will not force you into this : ) We will also have some scaling ideas and ways to spread us out a bit. This is always a fun day, so come join us for a hard but meaningful workout!

MURPH
In memory of Navy Lieutenant Michael Murphy, 29, of Patchogue, N.Y., who was killed in Afghanistan June 28th, 2005.
This workout was one of Mike's favorites and he'd named it 'Body Armor'. From here on it will be referred to as 'Murph' in honor of the focused warrior and great American who wanted nothing more in life than to serve this great country and the beautiful people who make it what it is.
Partition the pull-ups, push-ups, and squats as needed. Start and finish with a mile run. If you've got a twenty pound vest or body armor, wear it.

• 1 mile Run
