Our schedule continues to change based on the needs of our members and the availability of our trainers.
Currently we offer the following classes based upon demand levels:
-- Mon (5:30am, 5:30pm, 6:30pm)
-- Tues (5:30am, 5:30pm, 6:30 pm)
-- Wed (5:30am, 5:30pm, 6:30pm)
-- Thur (5:30am, 5:30pm)
-- Fri (5:30am, 5:30pm)
-- Sat (9:00am)
If you don’t see a time on our schedule that matches your availability please let Steve or Lori know and we will do our best to accommodate you if there is enough demand and coach availability.

- Main WOD (Workout Of the Day)
- TASC (Teen Athlete Strength & Conditioning)
- FREE Saturday class - we encourage you to come to the FREE Saturday class if you would like to see what CrossFit is all about.
We love kids at CrossFit Multiply and think it's important for them to see their parents leading active, healthy lives. However, we also want to keep kids and everyone else in our gym safe. CrossFit Multiply/South Jordan Community Church has provided a kids area in the church for your children but it will be your responsibility to provide supervision of the children. For safety and liability reasons, kids just can’t be in CrossFit Multiply during the workouts. They’ll need to remain in the kids area in the church. We don’t want to run the risk of having your kids or our athletes getting hurt. Some effective ideas we have seen in the past are to bring a babysitter, ask one of the Teens to help out or trade off with another member to watch your kids. Thanks!
