Oly work:
Take 10min to work up to a 2RM hang squat clean (Pause just above knee)

WOD #1:
4 rounds every 90 seconds
5 Weighted or strict pull up
3 Behind-the-neck Push Press (Heavy as possible)

WOD #2:
5 rounds
20 KB swings 53/35
10 Ring push ups (feet on box level with rings)
10 Ring Rows (feet on box level with rings)
