WOD #1

Every 1:30 for 5 sets

5 Snatches from floor (touch and go preferred) 50% of 1RM – focus on form, be deliberate

WOD #2

For Max Points – do all movements with 95/65 barbell – switch between exercises at your discretion to accumulate as many points as possible without setting the barbell down. When the barbell touches the ground you are complete for the set.

O/H Squats (3 pts each)
Front Squats (2 pts each)
Back Squats (1 pt each)

---5 minute rest---

Strict Press (3 pts each)
Push Press (2 pts each)
Push Jerk (1 pt each)
