·       3 Step Down Box Jumps 24/20'
·       6 Power Snatches 75/55#
·       6 Step Down Box Jumps 24/20'
·       9 Power Snatches 75/55#
·       9 Step Down Box Jumps 24/20'
·       etc… Increasing each round by 3 reps on each movement - step ups are acceptable
