WOD
Partner Relay
25:00 AMRAP
5 double unders
5 shoulder to overhead 75/55
200 m run (or row if necessary)

One partner works. One partner rests.  Each partner completes each full round then increase the double unders and S2O by 5. ( ie A does 5 DUS, 5 S2O, 200 m run. Then B does 5 DUS, 5 S2O, 200 m run.  Then A does 10 DUS, 10 S2O, 200 m run and so on … )
