Team 1776(Time, Main9:00 AM - A great team WOD to celebrate Independence Day! Reminder, no class on Saturday July 4 2020. “TEAM 1776” For Time (in a Team of Three) As a team, complete a total of 1776 reps of all movements, in any order. • Kettlebell Swings (53/35 lb) • Box Jumps (24/20 in) • Air Squats • Push-Ups • Burpees • Pull-ups • Sit-Ups • Row (calories) • Double-Unders • Wall Balls (20/14 lb) • Slam Balls (20/10 lb) • Push Press (45/35 lb) (don’t drop empty bar) You may not, as a team, do more than 200 reps in any exercise and each team member must do at least 10 reps of each exercise. Multiple partners may work together on the exercise but must move to the next exercise together. Only one team at each station (further explanation at box) |
