* To select the 2000m Preset Workout on the rower:
Press Menu, choose Select Workout.
Select Standard List.
Select 2000m—A set distance of 2000 meters.
This is a once a year gauge on where we are with our rowing capacity.

Gymnastic Conditioning
For Time, with a 10:00 Time Cap:
30 Strict Handstand Pushups
30 Kipping Handstand Pushups

*On the 0:00, and every 2:00 thereafter:
15/12 Calorie Assault Bike or 200m run


Midline
Accumulate 1:30 of an L-Sit on rings or boxes
*Every break, complete :10-:20s in a handstand hold.
