Double Overhand Deadlift (Weight) 3 sets 1 set x 3 reps 70% 2 sets x 3 reps 80% We are looking for all sets to be both double-overhand along with a dead stop on each rep (no touch and go). You must come to a full stop at the bottom and reset without taking your hands off the bar for each rep. Use hook grip if possible
