Keeping your breathing in check will be crucial with this approach so slowing down the cadence of each these movements will be key. - If going unbroken for all 7 of these rounds sounds a little intimidating, let's think about holding onto the dumbbells and breaking the gymnastics into 2 sets (4-3 or 5-2). - If gymnastics is something you are working hard to get better at, but we just aren't quite there yet, let's break the gymnastics as much as needed with the main goal being to keep your breaks short. - The dumbbells should be a weight where you feel confident you can hold on for unbroken sets. Regardless of your strategy on the gymnastics, hold onto the dumbbells!
