Fri Apr 14 2023 Squat Snatch (Time) For Time: 12:00 TIME CAP 10 Snatches @ 52% 8 Snatches @ 60% 6 Snatches @ 69% 4 Snatches @ 77% 2 Snatches @ 85% - Athletes do not need to complete each set unbroken. Athletes can break as needed. - All reps should be squat snatches. - Athletes should use 1 bar and change out the weights. - Score: Total time it takes to complete the workout. Also record heaviest weight lifted.

Paper Tiger (Time) 'Paper Tiger' 3 Rounds For Time: 400 Meter Run 10 Power Snatches 135/95 95 / 65 lb - If you are better runner, aim to run fast and complete the snatches in quick singles or small sets. - If you are better on the barbell, aim to hold onto the barbell for big sets and run at a pace that allows you to stick to those big sets.
