Break the set of 20 at least once, 30s twice, 40s three times, 66 at least 4 times. This will ensure a fast cycle rate and control your breathing. Keep your breaks to 3-5 seconds. Box Jump Overs: Do not push these. This is a place to get a small reprieve from the quad fatigue of wall balls. Medball Box Step Overs: Hold the wall ball on a shoulder to give your diaphragm a space to get deep breaths. Practice the most efficient step over pattern BEFORE starting the workout. Transitions: Keep them short!
