O-Lift/Skill: Mid-Hang Clean
Take a few minutes to work up to a medium heavy mid-hang clean. Coach will help with this.

2x3 @ medium heavy weight (Make sure to record weight)

WOD#1
With 6 minutes on the clock, every 2 minutes complete:
5 strict pullups (Rx+ weighted pullups)
3 heavy push presses (Make sure to record weight)

WOD #2
2 rounds for time:
200m Run
2 rope climbs (RX+ 2 legless rope climbs)
10 Alternating Hand Lifts on wall (RX+ 10 alternating shoulder touches on wall)
