Olympic Lift Work:
Work up to a heavy 3 rep Mid-Hang Clean
then 2x3 at the same weight

WOD#1
With 6 minutes on the clock, every 2 minutes complete:
5 strict pullups (Rx+ weighted pullups)
3 heavy push presses (Make sure to record weight)

WOD#2
3 rounds for time of:
25 *KB Front Squats 53/35
7 ring pushups/7 ring rows (feet on box level with rings)
or 5 Muscle-ups RX +
400 m run
*This is a ONE KB Front Squat – NOT TWO. Goblet style, or however you want to hold it.
