Olympic Lift Skill:
Work up to a 3 RM mid-hang (squat) Snatch, then 2x3 at the same weight
PARTNER WOD!
In teams of 2 - 20 Minute AMRAP
Partner A runs one 400M Sprint
Partner B does AMRAP Mid Hang Squat Cleans (115/ 75) until A returns.
Switch and repeat then move on to next round.
Partner A runs 400 M
Partner B does AMRAP Overhead Weighted Situps (35/25) until A returns.
Switch and repeat then move on to next round.
Partner A runs 400 M
Partner B does AMRAP Push Press (115/75) until A returns.
Switch and repeat then move on to next round.
Partner A runs 400 M
Partner B does AMRAP Russian Twist Situps (35/25)
Switch and repeat and start over from the beginning.
- For each round, each person only runs once and does the movement once then both move onto next round.
- If above is completed in less than 20 minutes, start over from the beginning and continue until 20 minute cap.
- Score is cumulative total of reps per team.
