Running Bear Complex!

O-Lift:
2RM Hang Snatch (just above Knee)
Drop weight 10% then 2x2 Hang snatch

WOD:
Running Bear Complex
3 Rounds for time of:
5 Bear Complex 115/75#
Run 400m

Bear complex consists of:
Power clean to front squat to push press to back squat to push press. This is one rep. The WOD calls for 3 rounds of 5 reps of bear complex.

Athlete must 'touch and go' with barbell through each round. The only time the bar is dropped is when you start the the 400 m run. Penalty for setting bar down: 5 burpees
