Tuesday, December 20 2016(Time) Oly 5X1 Paused Snatch (3 count pause at knee) + 1 Paused Hang Snatch (3 count pause at knee)+ 1 OHS - @ 80%. *This is one continuous complex. Begin with a paused Snatch from the floor, then bring the bar back to the hip before lowering in to the paused hang Snatch. After completing the hang Snatch do one OHS. The bar should not be dropped at any point during the complex. WOD Open Workout 16.2 Beginning on a 4-minute clock, complete as many reps as possible of: 25 toes-to-bars 50 double-unders 15 squat cleans, 135 / 85 lb. (up to age 54) 115/65 lb. (55+) If completed before 4 minutes, add 4 minutes to the clock and proceed to: 25 toes-to-bars 50 double-unders 13 squat cleans, 185 / 115 lb. (up to age 54) 135/85 lb. (55+) If completed before 8 minutes, add 4 minutes to the clock and proceed to: 25 toes-to-bars 50 double-unders 11 squat cleans, 225 / 145 lb. (up to age 54) 155/104 (55+) Record number of reps as designed (earning the move to the next 4 minute round) If you don’t make the round, treat the remaining time as an AMRAP. Scale as needed |
