Pullup
3 x 5 negatives, strict, or weighted (2.5 – 5# heavier than last week)

WOD #1 Burpee Capacity Test
4 rounds of:
2:00 burpees with HR @ or below 155 BPM
Rest 30 seconds between each round.  Use that time to record HR and number of burpees performed each round.

WOD #2 Double Under Skill Test
3 rounds of:
1:00 double unders
30 second rest between each round
Record total number of double unders.  If you can do even ONE double under do them!
