Thursday February 14 2019(Time) Thursday February 14, 2019 Valentine’s Day Partner WOD WOD 1 For Time: 1000 meter Row *Switch every 250 meters; one partner works, one partner planks WOD 2 20:00 AMRAP -50 Partner Med Ball Russian Twists (partners sit back-to-back with feet elevated off the floor and rotate to hand the ball to each other. Each hand off is one rep) -40 Partner Med Ball Sit-Ups (partners sit facing each other. Feet may interlock. Partner must touch the ball on the ground behind their head, sit-up, then hand or pass the ball to their partner to complete one rep.) -30 Wall Ball Shots (break up reps as needed) -20 Partner Burpees (one holds a plank while the other does a burpee and jumps over. Alternate reps) -10 Box Jumps (alternate reps) *One round = 150 reps. Score is total reps |
