Mon April 1 2019 Rockwell Series 19.5 Back Squat(Time) Monday, April 1, 2019 Athletes can still sign up for the Rockwell Championship Series Team Qualifier until Monday, April 1st. There is a community division for those that don't want to compete but will help us win the best box award which is a $3000 gift card to Rogue Fitness! Every rep earned by CrossFit Multiply from any division puts us in the running for the best box award. We are maxing out this week because of the Rockwell Championship Team Series 19.5 which is 10 minutes to establish a 1 rep max in either Back Squat, Deadlift or Bench Press. Each athlete must do one of the lifts. If you do not need or want to max out, you can do 3 x 5 at 75%.
