Divide and Conquer (Rounds) 'Divide & Conquer' AMRAP 15: 30 Double Unders 10 Push Jerks 135/95 55+ 95 / 65 lb 30 Double Unders 10 Toes to Bar Strategy THE BIG TAKEAWAYS 1. This workout is all about managing grip and shoulder fatigue. 2. Our first goal is to complete the push jerks in 1-2 sets (10 UB, 5-5, or 6-4). 3.
