Stimulus
- Looking to put our upper body pull to the test.
- Take as many breaks as needed during the 'work period.' No need for unbroken sets. On the kipping movements we can try and hold on for the whole time but it is not a necessity.
- Looking to see if we can complete set 1 and repeat our reps in set 2.
- The chin over pull-ups and chest to bar pull-ups can be strict, kipping or butterfly.
-Overall score will be total reps over the 2 sets.
