CFM UPDATES (No Results Tracked) Thursday, Dec 30, 2021 - CFM Annual Christmas Party 6:00 pm. No 5:30 pm class this evening. Please sign up for a food item ( on the whiteboard) and bring a wrapped $10 gift card. Bailey has some fun festivities planned! Saturday, Jan 1, 2022 - CFM Annual New Year's Day Partner WOD 10:00 am. Come ring in the new year with a fun partner WOD 2022! Please note the time for Saturday will be 10:00 am not 9:00 am. See you there! CrossFit Games Open starts February 24, 2022. You'll notice the programming has been geared towards the Open and the movements we expect to see. The coaches will be encouraging everyone to be diligent with the proper execution of the movements in preparation for the Open workouts.
