Spindrift (Rounds) 'Spindrift' 18:00 AMRAP: 500 Meter Row or 400m run or 25 cal bike 30 Push Press 50 Double Unders 500m row 400m run or 25 cal bike 30 Front Squats 50 Double Unders 500m row 400m run or 25 cal bike 30 Thrusters 50 Double Unders *Barbell: 95/65 75 / 55 lb *Score: Rounds + RepsĀ Pace the row bike or run in a way that allows you to push for big sets on the barbell and double unders. Aim for 2-3 sets on all the barbell movements. Reps do not need to be fast. Keep these controlled and find a rhythm with your breathing.
