Inside Joke (Time) 'Inside Joke' For Time: 20:00 TIME CAP 200/150 Meter Row or 200m run 1 Deadlift 1 Toes to Bar 200/150 Meter Row 2 Deadlifts 2 Toes to Bar ... 200/150 Meter Row 10 Deadlifts 10 Toes to Bar Barbell: 225 / 155 scale: 155/105 - Flow: Athletes will add 1 deadlift and 1 toes to bar rep each round until they've completed 10 reps of each movement. - Score: Total Time - Pace the row in a way that will allow you to push for big deadlift and toes to bar sets. - Aim for unbroken sets of toes to bar and deadlifts for as long as you can. Somewhere around the 7's or 8's consider taking 1 break if you know your grip stamina is something you are working to improve. - Focus on fast transitions throughout.
