CLASS CANCELLATIONS THIS WEEK. SIGN UP FOR CLASS (Check In) Hey CFM! We have several coaches out this week so we will need to cancel a few morning classes. We will be canceling Tue June 20 5:30 am, Thur June 22 5:30 am, and Sat June 24 9:00 am. (these classes had limited or no attendance last week). With that said, we will be reinstituting the class SIGN IN POLICY. ALL MEMBERS MUST SIGN UP FOR CLASS! We've had several classes where the coach showed up but no members. With summer approaching, this will be very helpful for our coaches. So, if no one has signed up, the coach WILL NOT be at the class. You can sign up under Class Schedule on the app and/or on the website at www.crossfitmultiply.com. If you need your password, let us know. Let us know if you have any questions. Heartbreak Kid (Time) 3 Rounds For Time: 10 Front Squats 185 / 135 155/105 15 Chest to Bar Pull-ups 35 Double Unders Time Cap: 15 Minutes Overview: Athletes will grind through heavier front squats and big sets of chest to bar pullups in this 3 round triplet. Can you hold on for unbroken sets of front squats each round? - Your break up strategy on the chest to bar will depend on your capacity. Let's try to get these reps done in 5 sets or less. - Try to keep the shoulders as relaxed as possible throughout our double under sets.
