1 Power Clean + 1 Front Squat + 1 Jerk @ 80% of max for the complex

Strength/Accessories:
Front Squat: 3X5@70%
Work on Bar Muscle Ups or Ring Muscle Ups as time allows

WOD
Every 1:30 for 15 minutes or 10 rounds: (0:00 1:30  3:00  4:30  6:00  7:30  9:00  10:30  12:00  13:30 )

5 Pullups
10 HR Pushups
15 Air Squats
*Maintain rounds every 1:30 for as long as possible. Once you are unable to complete a round under 1:30 - rest for the full next 1:30, then start again until completing 10 rounds total.
