Wednesday April 3 2019(Time) Wednesday April 3, 2019 1 RM Deadlift or Bench Press Rockwell Team Series 19.5 We are maxing out this week because of the Rockwell Championship Team Series 19.5 which is 10 minutes to establish a 1 rep max in either Back Squat, Deadlift or Bench Press. Each athlete must do one of the lifts. If you do not need or want to max out, you can do 3 x 5 at 75%.
