Since we are getting into some nice Spring weather, we are going to take advantage of it! Here’s our first ever BOX TO SOD WOD … the coach will explain further!
(For the 5:30 am crew, since it's still dark , you will do the same WOD but all exercises will be done in the box and you will run 200m between each exercise)

For time:
2 rounds
In box: 20 deadlifts 185/125
Run 200 m to sod: 20 walking lunges
Run 200 m to box: 20 double unders
Run 200 m to sod: 20 burpees
Run 200 m to box: 20 kettlebell swings 53/35
Run 200 m to sod: 20 ft bear crawl
Run 200 m to box

Finish with 20 pullups
